Refund policy

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

* You receive a damaged or defective product.

* You receive an incorrect item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and a complete 360° continuous unboxing video.

The unboxing video must:

* Begin before opening the sealed package.

* Clearly show the package in its sealed condition with the shipping label visible.

* Continue without any cuts, pauses, or edits until the product is fully unpacked.

Claims without a complete continuous unboxing video of the sealed package will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

* Unused and unwashed.

* In their original condition.

* Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, Label M does not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

* Change of mind.

* Colour or print preference.

* Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

* Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings or lighting conditions.

We encourage customers to carefully refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Label M may offer a replacement or a refund at its sole discretion.

Please Note

* Return or exchange requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

* Products returned without prior approval from our customer support team will not be accepted.

* Customers are required to self-ship approved return items to the address provided by our customer support team.

* Shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable), and other convenience fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

* Label M reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
